Returns / Refund

WOD Gear return & exchange policy

We accept unaltered, unworn merchandise for return or exchange with the original receipt and tags attached up to 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Sale and innerwear items are final sale. Purchases with an original receipt will be refunded in the method of original payment for credit cards or digit cards (if available). Cash refunds are unavailable. If the original payment was cash or if a debit refund is unavailable, a mail check will be issued. Purchases with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a merchandise return card only.  A valid ID is required for all credit card exchanges and returns.
