Charlene, commonly known as CK, is an Azusa Pacific University alum with her BS in Applied Exercise Science and a minor in psychology. Locally grown in Southern California, she calls CrossFit North Pasadena home where you can catch her knocking out reps during favorite WOD, "DT". While she has competed individually, she moreso enjoys team competitions, like when she participated in the 2014 WODGear Team Series. CK frequents LA with her dog, bleeds purple and gold for the Los Angeles Lakers, and on her off days would rather be hiking. She hopes to one day blend her knowledge of CrossFit with her book smarts to share with others a passion for living healthy. CK is a firm believer in becoming a supple leopard through mobility and taking the required rest days.
