I am a full time gymnastics coach, a student working on my masters in sports conditioning and performance, and a CrossFitter in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Fitness is my life, and I wouldn't want it to be any other way. From an early age I was always active. I participated in many sports as a kid, but the sport I fell in love with was gymnastics. It was my passion through college, where I competed on a division I gymnastics team at Southern Utah University. After my final season of college gymnastics, my strength coach introduced me to CrossFit. I started in about May of 2012, and I haven't stopped since. CrossFit has given me a new sense of self-confidence that I have not found in any other aspect of my life. CrossFit Cedar City was my gym in Utah, and now I'm part of another great community at CrossFit Green Bay
Because of my experiences in my life, I want to show others what being fit and living healthy can do for them. I was a personal trainer for a little over year, and I loved working with people and helping them reach their fitness goals. I left that job, because I wanted to move back to Green Bay to be closer to family. Now I work with youth gymnasts every day as a strength and conditioning coach at Air Force Gymnastics Academy. Although I love working with kids and showing them that hard work and workouts can be fun, I aspire to be a strength and conditioning coach at a college setting and a CrossFit Coach.
