I first started crossfit in May 2013 and have been hooked ever since! Crossfit has pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and I learn more and more from the
sport each day. I may still be a bit of a crossfit "newbie" but I love my crossfit family and the community that comes with this sport. I truly believe anyone can crossfit and achieve great things from it. Crossfit not only has helped me become stronger in the gym, but it's also made me a better runner as well. I'm running faster, smarter and setting PR's I never thought possible. That's one of the great things about crossfit - it makes you physically and mentally stronger in all facets of your life.
